U. S. Small Business Administration Terms<\/h3><\/div>

By submitting certain forms on this website, you acknowledge that you have requested business management counseling from a Small <\/span>Business Administration resource partner, the NEW Women’s Business Center<\/span>. You agree to cooperate should you be <\/span>selected to participate in surveys designed to evaluate the <\/span>SBA assistance services. You understand that any information <\/span>received by an SBA resource partner counselor will be held <\/span>in strict confidence by the counselor to the extent allowable <\/span>by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

You further understand that the SBA resource partner counselors have agreed not to: 1) recommend goods or services from sources in which he\/she has an interest, and 2) accept fees or commissions developing from this counseling relationship. In <\/span>consideration of the provision of management and\/or <\/span>technical assistance by a resource partner counselor, you agree <\/span>to waive all claims arising out of this assistance, against <\/span>SBA personnel, the resource partner from whom you sought <\/span>assistance, its host organizations, and the counselor(s) <\/span>arising from this assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Use of Information<\/h3><\/div>

The information in certain forms is to be provided by individuals and business seeking technical assistance services from the Small Business Administration (SBA) or an SBA Resource Partner. The information is collected to help SBA’s continuing improvement of business counseling programs, to ensure effective oversight and management of entrepreneurial development programs and grants, and to meet Congressional and Executive Branch reporting requirements. The form should be submitted at the site of service to the counselor providing the service. Resource Partners will submit information to SBA according to the terms of their notice of award.<\/p>\n<\/div>

By submitting certain forms, you are consenting to receive marketing emails from the NEW Women’s Business Center. Ready. Open. Serve. Giveaway Contest<\/h3><\/div>

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Ten winners will be randomly drawn by a representative
of the NEW-Women\u2019s Business Center. Each of the 10 winners will receive a $100 gift card,
courtesy of NEW-Women’s Business Center, to be redeemed at the restaurant of their choice,
limited to the participating restaurants in the Ready. Open. Serve. Restaurant directory. The
Ready. Open. Serve. Giveaway Contest runs from October 19 \u2013 October 30, 2020. Entries
received after 11:59 pm PST on October 30, 2020 will not be included. The winners will be
notified by Tuesday, November 3, 2020. <\/p>\n

Participation is open to the public, except employees, agents and contractors of the NEW-
Women’s Business Center and their respective employees, family and household members
thereof, are ineligible. To enter, participant must submit name and email on entry form. One entry
per person per email address. Duplicates will be deleted. Only forms completed in full will be
entered into the drawing for the Ready. Open. Serve. Giveaway Contest. By submitting an email
to enter the Ready. Open. Serve. Giveaway Contest, participant agrees to receive email
communication from NEW-Women’s Business Center, such as a monthly newsletter. Entrant
may opt-out of the emails from NEW-Women’s Business Center at any time by clicking the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email communications.<\/p>\n

Entrant does not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified via email provided by entrant.
Winner must respond within five days of receiving notice or another winner will be chosen in their
place in the manner in which the original prize winner was selected. Prize will be mailed via US
Post Office within the United States to the winners. United States residents only. Must be 18
years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Participants agree to permit NEW Women’s
Business Center to publish winning results online including first and last name of winners. Overall
Prizes are valued at $1000. Winning participants responsible for any applicable federal or state
taxes or fees. Prize is not available for resell, substitution, or returns. Item subject to change
based on availability. Prizes are not transferable. Entrants must live in LA County in order to be eligible to win.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
