He did not let any obstacles hold him back because as he says he keeps his \u201cdream box\u201d close to his heart remembering the wise advice his mom gave him to never give up and make his dreams become a reality.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He has been very easy to mentor attending webinar suggestions offered on our website,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.new-wbc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.new-wbc.org<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0He is currently taking the Spanish 12 Steps to Launching a Business at our Women\u2019s Business Center in Canoga Park.\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.new-wbc.org\/programs\/wbc-on-the-road\/#about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.new-wbc.org\/programs\/wbc-on-the-road\/#about<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>When his Financial coach, Ric Saenz, told him that a business plan is almost mandatory to be successful in getting a Loan or Grant, he took the \u2018Bank Loans, What is Available\u2019\u00a0Webinar on Fridays at 12pm various times and was inspired to create the business plan that helped him get the SEEDS Grant.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The $5,000 grant will help him open an organic farming business that will educate the local community on the great benefits of eating healthy food.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It is this determination and resiliency that makes business owners successful.
