Cat Lambertini – Moderator<\/strong>Cat Lambertini is a seasoned Financial Advisor who specializes in helping clients define and achieve their financial goals. With a focus on delivering personalized investment strategies, Cat works collaboratively with clients to preserve and grow their wealth. She connects clients with some of the world\u2019s most experienced investment professionals and provides access to a premier trading and execution platform. Cat\u2019s dedication to her clients’ financial success makes her the ideal moderator for our panel discussion.

Celeste Young-Ramos, PHR-Ca – Panelist<\/strong>Celeste Young-Ramos brings a lifelong passion for the food service industry to our panel. Her journey began in her family\u2019s restaurants, where she mastered various roles before owning her own successful family-style restaurant. Celeste later joined Denny\u2019s Inc., quickly advancing through the management ranks to become a Regional Management Training Consultant, responsible for leadership development across 100 restaurants in Southern California and Hawaii.Celeste\u2019s extensive experience includes working with multi-unit franchise owners both domestically and internationally, where she played a key role in operations, training, and professional development. She holds a Professional Human Resources Manager-CA certification and founded the Restaurant Success Center in 2017 to help independent restaurateurs compete with large franchise organizations. Since 2020, she has been instrumental in developing Ready. Open. Serve Restaurant program at the New Economics for Women Women\u2019s Business Center, where she continues to assist hundreds of restaurants and food truck owners. Celeste is also a featured industry expert at the Western Foodservice Expo in Los Angeles and a frequent contributor to foodservice publications.

Lorraine D\u2019Alessio – Panelist<\/strong>Lorraine D\u2019Alessio is an esteemed attorney with a distinguished career providing counsel to a wide array of clients, including prominent entertainment agencies, unions, private companies, academic institutions, and tech startups. Her clientele includes well-known names such as Next Models, Food Network, SubPac, Pepperdine University, ACTRA, New York Film Academy, Plug and Play, Expert Dojo, and 500 Startups.Lorraine\u2019s extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in supporting entrepreneurs and businesses navigating complex legal challenges, makes her a valuable addition to our panel.
