Drawing on her African heritage and the time-honored remedies passed down from her grandmother, she embarked on a journey to find a natural solution. Through extensive research and education, she discovered the power of African herbalism and handcrafted her first body butter. With a unique blend of expertise in kinesiology and integrative physiology of exercise, the founder brings a scientific edge to the brand, ensuring that every product is as effective as it is mindful of overall health and wellness. Her commitment to skin health does not stop at Violet Botanical Skincare. She is also a dedicated volunteer, serving as a Research Ambassador and Community Outreach Ambassador for the National Eczema Association, connecting her brand with crucial insights for people with sensitive skin.

The journey of entrepreneurship is filled with both triumphs and challenges, and it is essential to have the right support along the way. For Robbin, that support came from the NEW\u2019s Women’s Business Center.\u00a0Although Violet Botanical Skincare had been operational for several years, there were crucial steps Robbin had skipped that could help her business grow and sustain itself in the long term.With a deep commitment to her business, Robbin Turner was one of 16 graduates who successfully completed the\u00a012 Steps for Launching a Business<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Training Program. Attending six webinars within a month and Robbin proudly received a Woman\u2019s Business Center Certificate of Completion at our Women of Entertainment Conference 2024.

The program allowed her to refine a business plan, addressing those missed steps and establishing a solid foundation for growth.
