Driven by the lack of recognition for women in action, La Faye founded Stuntwoman Xtraordinaire, a business dedicated to uplifting and honoring female stunt performers. She also established Diamond in the RAW<\/strong>, a nonprofit that introduces teen girls to career opportunities behind the camera, proving that success in entertainment isn’t limited to being in the spotlight. Her work extends even further with the\u00a0Action Icon Stuntwomen\u2019s Conference and Awards<\/strong>, a groundbreaking event celebrating fearless women in stunts, and a forthcoming documentary highlighting the challenges and triumphs of Black stuntwomen in Hollywood.\u00a0
The NEW Women\u2019s Business Center has played a crucial role in La Faye\u2019s entrepreneurial success since becoming a client in 2024.
