Starting as independent insurance agents, they soon discovered that their greatest asset wasn’t selling policies — it was teaching others to do the same. Today, their team at American Dream Financial includes 30 licensed associates, all mentored and guided by José and Elizabeth’s leadership. When José came to NEW WBC, our advisors helped him register American Dream Financial as a DBA — a turning point that launched a broader journey of growth. Since then, he has engaged in business management training and workshops on access to capital, building the financial knowledge to keep expanding. José is also an artist. His second venture, Luna’s Framing and Design — named in honor of his daughter Luna — is a craft framing business where artistry and family legacy come together.
