LOS ANGELES \u2013 (March 8, 2021) \u2013 There\u2019s good news for students and alumni of Los Angeles area colleges and universities and beyond seeking jobs with startups and founders seeking a pool of qualified potential employees. Untapped Future of Work Studio-Accelerator is partnering with Los Angeles area higher education institutions for the 2021 StartUp Career Fair, to be held virtually on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 9am-3:00pm, where hundreds of Founders will be recruiting. The event is free for job seekers and startup businesses to register.<\/p>\n
Says James Bottom, Managing Director for Untapped Future of Work Studio Accelerator: \u201cWe\u2019re excited to bring more than a dozen Southern California universities together to promote this event to their communities to help students and alumni secure jobs in early stage ventures.\u201d<\/p>\n

Application deadline is Sunday, March 21, 2021.<\/p>\n Interested students can register for the free event here<\/a><\/strong> to discuss opportunities or create new ones.<\/p>\n Additionally, female students who register for the event have the opportunity to compete for two $2,500 scholarships to further their education endeavors through an essay contest, made possible by entrepreneur Stephen Semprevivo and the New Women\u2019s Business Center<\/a>. Eligible students must be interested in an entrepreneurial career, be legal US residents 16 year or older and must be enrolled in programs at one of the following accredited institutions: UCLA, Pepperdine University, Los Angeles Trade Tech Community College, LA Mission College or the University of La Verne. Application deadline is May 15th and winners will be selected on June 1st.
