Enroll for our Cottage Food Industry Class, we will cover all the LA County Cottage Industry requirements and start creating your slim-line plan. You will learn the products allowed and that are attractive to customers, the food safety rules of your kitchen, required food safety training, business product line, business entity, and how to choose the best suppliers.
