Economic Opportunity and Formalization Grants

This grant supports sidewalk vendors in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County by helping cover the costs of permits and compliance with the County’s Sidewalk Vending Ordinance. The program, launched by the Department of Economic Opportunity, assists eligible vendors impacted by COVID-19 in transitioning into the formal economy.
