As a dedicated client of the NEW-Women’s Business Center (NEW-WBC), Lavissh has completed over 60 hours of training, graduated from the 12 Steps for Launching a Business program, and is actively using LIVEPLAN to refine her business strategy. She’s participated in more than 23 training events and has received mentorship from several expert consultants through the WBC’s fashion-focused programs.
Lavissh has made strategic financial strides as well, securing $9,000 in capital funding and a Bank of America business credit card with a $4,000 credit limit—key tools in supporting her growing brand. Since engaging with NEW-WBC, her business has seen a remarkable increase in sales of $27,500.
Through personalized consultations, including with fashion business strategist Jamie Jackson, Lavissh has worked on financial forecasting, budgeting, building a dream team, and developing a smart marketing strategy to expand her customer base. She continues to embrace every opportunity to grow—both creatively and operationally.
