Training Series
The 12 Steps for Launching a Business training series is one of the pillars of NEW-Women’s Business Center. It consists of 6 (six) mandatory business training webinars lead by two of our incredible business coaches Crystal Mitchell and Jamie Jackson. At the end of the training, our aspiring entrepreneurs receive a NEW-WBC Certificate of Completion.
Over 300 aspiring business owners, entrepreneurs attend our step-by-step, guided webinars to discover their path to greatness & success. Starting the journey of entrepreneur demands an “entrepreneur mindset”, resilience and passion. During the training, our business coaches dive into what is the “entrepreneur mindset”, mind mapping and market research techniques. WBC clients learn how to gather their “DREAM TEAM”, how to increase business sales, and discuss business operation plans to help a new business run smoothly.
In July 2023, during the Women in Entertainment event, twenty (20) of NEW-WBC clients successfully completed the training series, they were recognized by the City of Los Angeles and received our Certificate of Completion in person for their hard work, commitment, and perseverance to follow their dreams. Family, friends joined in on the celebration and it was a big success! With the assistance of the Women’s Business Center, many are still on the process of registering their new business and creating a business plan for funding sources. They are definitely on the right path of entrepreneur greatness.
NEW’s mission is to improve generational economic mobility for families through wealth creation, entrepreneurship and housing. The 12 Steps for Launching a Business training is the beginning step to achieve our mission. The set of webinars are every month, Monday and Thursday from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
