Meet Our Inspiring Panelists and Moderator
Our conference boasts a stellar lineup of powerful women who have made significant strides in the entertainment industry:
Bianca Garrison-Quick, Moderator: An entrepreneur, writer, producer, and digital marketing specialist, Bianca brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our panel. She is the co-founder of The POW Creatives and has a proven track record of excellence in various fields, including PR and digital operations.
Teneisha Cephas: An actress, producer, and co-founder of The Cephas Company, Teneisha is known for her role in the Oscar-winning film Black Panther. She also runs a nonprofit, Esteem Club, dedicated to building self-esteem in children and works at Roku Media in content.
Lynhthy Nguyen: A multi-talented speaker, actor, stuntwoman, pro dancer, and certified yoga instructor. Lynhthy has worked on notable projects such as iCarly, The Rookie, and Mythic Quest. She is also an advocate for community building and serves on several SAG-AFTRA committees.
Annika Hearn: A Swedish filmmaker with a doctorate in Communication, Annika has co-produced Academy Award-nominated documentaries and works extensively in scripted and documentary filmmaking. She is currently involved in multiple projects, including a documentary and a short film.
Rossy E. Eguigure: A production and content development executive with over two decades of experience. Rossy founded Rx Media Productions Inc. and has worked with prominent clients like National Geographic Channels, Fox International, and Discovery Channels. She is a bilingual media professional and an expert storyteller.
